29, 2009: MQM Houston's workers and office-bearers
arranged water and food kiosks for the mourners in the
downtown of Houston on Yaum-e-Ashur (The Tenth Day), the
day that marks the incident of Karbala when dozens of
associates of Hazrat Imam Hussain, the grandson of the
Prophet Mohammad (PBUH), along with Hazrat Hussain
sacrificed their lives while fighting in the cause of
truth and justice some 1400 years ago . The workers
served the mourners all day long and walked entire route
of the mourning procession. The participant of
procession and the organizers endorsed and praised the

Suicidal Bomb Blast at Peaceful Shiite Procession is
a Heinous Conspiracy
Against Muslim Brotherhood: MQM USA

December 28, 2009: The suicidal bomb blast and attack on
a peaceful Shiite procession on a holy and sacred day of Ashur is a heinous conspiracy against Muslim brotherhood
and is in the wake of provoking fight between Muslim
brothers. This was said in a statement issued by MQM USA
in which the Central Organizer Kamal Zafar and the
members of the Central Organizing Committee MQM USA
vehemently denounced the bomb blast in a peaceful Shiite
procession on the holy day of Ashur in Karachi which
claimed more than 25 innocent lives and many were left
severely injured. The office-bearers of MQM USA said in
their statement that this and the previous terroristic
activities are the repercussions and consequences of the
growing Talibanization and the only resolute to this
monstrous problem is to eliminate and wiping out
Talibans, their activities, and the process of
Talibanization. They appealed to the leaders of Shia and
Sunny sects to keep the calm and remain peaceful
otherwise the enemy will get what it is aiming at. They
also offered their heartfelt condolences to the families
of the victims. |

MQM workers in Karachi. In a statement while strongly
denouncing the blatant murder of MQM worker Liaquat Ali
Shah In Baldia Town Karachi the other day, the office
bearers of MQM USA have said the target killing of MQM
workers has once again sprouting in Karachi and this is
being done to disrupt the peace of this city and to
cease the development of the city. They said that the
target killing of political workers has always weakened
the foundations of democracy. They further said that the
workers of MQM are determined to contain the peace of
Karachi will never be provoked by these diffident and
coward acts. They demanded of the highest ranking law

United Nations Building in Islamabad and in Peshawe and
have regarded these blasts as open terrorism. They said
that the bomb blasts are a continuation of the wave of
terrorism gaining roots in the country and the
terrorists are trying to disrupt the strength of the
country by the bloodshed of the innocent people.
However, they reiterated that these cowardly acts of the

the family and friends of the Deputy Convener of MQM and former MNA Sheikh Liaquat Hussain on his sad
demise the other day and have said that each and every
worker of MQM USA is deeply saddened on this great loss
