| An evening in sweet memory of Dr. Hassan Ali Shahzeb was
held in Washington DC. Dr. Hassan ali Shahzeb, a renowned writer, a doctor,
a journalist, a TV anchor and wonderful person died of cancer last month at
the young age of 43. Dr. Hassan Ali Shehzeb interviewed several leaders from
Pakistan including Gen. Pervez Mussharaf, Ms. Benazir Bhutto, Mr. Nawaz
Sharif, etc. He also interviewed Mr. Muhammad Younus, then chief organizer
of the MQM USA & Canada. Mr. Ibad U. Rehman, the central organizer of MQM
United States shared his feelings with the participants and paid tribute to
the deceased. |
