- This was the first telephonic speech
held after the reorganization in America.
15 units were connected to London via satellite, including Washington DC,
New York, New Jersey, Los Angeles, Pittsburg, Boston, Atlanta, South
Florida, Dallas, Houston, Philadelphia, Detroit, Chicago and Saint Louis.
Toronto was also connected.

Canada Dr. Syed Ali have also spoken at the occasion.
- There were hundreds of workers present
to hear the speech besides a number of supporters and well-wishers at 15
stations.
- Quaid-e-Tehrik has spoken for over half
an hour. He congratulated MQM USA for launching www.mqmusa.com and for
establishing satellite connected election cells at six main cities of the
United States including Washington DC, Chicago, Los Angels, Miami, Houston
and New York.
Workers became highly charged when Quaid-e-Tehrik came on the line. There
was a chain of slogans raised by 15 units one by one.
- Quaid-e-Tehrik announced in clapping
that the MQM would be able to form Government in Sindh subject to
transparent and fair elections.
- Quaid-e-Tehrik told workers that he was
busy all day speaking all over the Sindh but since the loving and hard
working workers of the MQM USA have requested to hear him, he could not
say no.
- Quaid-e-Tehrik also congratulated MQM
USA on their efforts in writing letters to USA Congressmen and other NGO's
regarding no-go areas and possible rigging in elections.
- MQM United States has launched a
nationwide campaign for election fund raising and also setup election
cells in six major cities to provide public an up-to-the minute election
update.
