Communication & Media Cell, MQM USA; Los Angeles; October 16, 2010: The Central Organizer Kamal Zafar and the members of the Central Organizing Committee MQM USA have said in a statement issued on the 59th death anniversary of the first prime minister of Pakistan, the right hand of the father of the nation Quaid-e-Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah, and one of the greatest role players in the Independence Movement Liaquat Ali Khan, that the untimely death of former Prime Minister of Pakistan Liaquat Ali Khan in fact put the nation in a chaos the nation could never come out of that. They also said that The Prime Minister Liaquat Ali Khan can truly be said the first martyr of democracy in Pakistan and had he been living for a few more years, the democracy in the country and the progress of the nation would never have derailed. They also said that his assassination caused the biggest loss the nation could never survive of.
