Head of Political Awareness Committee MQM USA was also Present at the Meeting

Communication & Media Cell, MQM USA; Virginia; May 17, 2010: The Patron MQM USA & Canada Ibad Rehman met the Governor of the Commonwealth of Virginia with the head of the Political Awareness Committee of MQM USA Ajaz Siddiqui the other day. This meeting took place at the Governor’s residence in Richmond at a dinner that was given for the selected Asian-American Organizations by the Governor. The two leaders of MQM USA represented MQM North America at this meeting. During an exclusive session of talks between the governor and the two office-bearers of MQM USA at the dinner, several topics of mutual interests were discussed from both sides that include issues of immigrants in the Commonwealth of Virginia, attraction for the foreign trades and traders in the Commonwealth of Virginia, and possible exclusive trade ties between Pakistan and the Commonwealth of Virginia. The Governor was also reminiscent of his presence at the Convention of MQM USA held last year in Virginia on the Silver Jubilee of MQM and said openly that he was immensely impressed with the thoughts and enlightened views of the leader of MQM Mr. Altaf Hussain. At this occasion the office-bearers of MQM USA invited the Governor to visit the International secretariat of MQM at London, and the Governor gladly accepted this invitation.
