Chicago, in association with the Rush Presbyterian St. Lukes Hospital held a
Free Clinic under the title of "An Healthy Heart Affair" at MQM's Central
office.

Khidmat-e-Khalq Committee USA, in association with the Rush
Presbyterian St. Lukes Hospital, (Department of Preventive Medicine), American
Heart Foundation and American Kidney Foundation has held a day long free clinic
to advise and inform the community on their health issues. Doctors present at
the clinic include Dr. Joanna Kowalik, Dr. Magdy Hanna and Dr. Emad Bqstq.
Technical staffers Ms. Rolando Flynn and Ms. Charlotte Johnson assisted the
doctors throughout the day. Doctors tested patients' blood pressure, kidney
function, liver function, heart conditions, diabetes and cholesterol. A lot of
gifts and chocolates were distributed amongst the children. MQM USA
wholeheartedly congratulated Chicago unit and the KKC volunteers for arranging
this free clinic.
