Chicago Unit celebrates 22nd Foundation day of MQM (March-22-06)

MQM USA's Chicago unit has celebrated MQM's foundation day on March 19 at its central office in Chicago. MQM workers and supporters attended the Occasion with great ideological zeal and sprit. During the first session, Joint incharge MQM Chicago unit Shamim Siddiqui Bhai, incharge Junaid Fahmi Bhai, Wakeel Ahmed Jamali Bhai and vice coordinator of MQM international relations wing Muhammad Younus Bhai delivered speeches highlighting Leader and Founder Of MQM, Altaf Hussain Bhai's struggle and his philosophy of practicalisim and realism Also they spoke about MQM's SHOUHADAS and praised their sacrifices.
In the next session there was a drawing competition for children, 1st prize went to Mahrukh, 2ND prize went to Aleesha and 3rd prize went to Rameeha Asif. Then there was a poem and singing competition, for the girls, 1st prize went to Ramsha Irfan, she sang a beautiful Ghazal by Jagjit Singh. For boys 1st prize went to Hamza Irfan, He sang MQM'S Tarana ( SATHI) MAZLOMOO KA SATHI HAY ALTAF HUSSAIN. The audience were surprised to see hw confident the children were in their respective performances whereas everyone present was singing along with the children. Chicago unit incharge Junaid fahmi thanked the public and sathi's also congratulated Chicago unit committee for such a successful program.
