Jashn e Milad un Nabi (PBUH)

MQM Washington DC, Women’s Wing celebrated “Jashn e Milad e Nabi (PBUH) with traditional reverence and solemnity. The Program started with recitation of Holy Quran, followed by beautiful and heart touching Naats recited by Ayesha Hafeez, Shaheen Sabih, Alia Shaikh, Amber Siddiqui, and Shabnam Begum. Speaker highlighted the teaching of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and Women’s role in Islam. This juncture brought awareness and dedication of the MQM Women's Wing in the Pakistani community of Northern Virginia. After the Milad, boxed dinner along with sweets was dispersed among the attendees.
