Dallas Chapter of MQM USA commemorate the birth of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH)

Communication & Media Cell; MQM USA; Dallas TX |  Pakistan Club in coordination with MQM Dallas Chapter organized the annual event to commemorate the birth of the Holy Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) in Richardson city hall. The true message of the event, which was that Islam is a peaceful religion, was conveyed to more than 200 audiences The people from all over the Dallas-Fort Worth area of Texas attended the event. The event was consisted of educational speeches and poetry by numerous religious scholars, famous poets and religious poetry (Naat) reciters.

The event began with Recitation of Holy Quran by Mr. Mateen Talib. The Chapter in-charge of MQM Dallas, Naseem Saher, extended her welcome greetings and good wishes to the guests on the auspicious occasion. She said, "On this sacred occasion, let us commit ourselves to remain true to the timeless virtues of peace, compassion, tolerance, and forgiveness, as taught by the Holy Prophet (PBUH)."

The chief guest of the event was Allama Irteza Hasan Naqvi Sahab. He was accompanied by many distinct guest speakers like lawyer, Mr. Azhar Ghayoor , school teacher, Ms. Usma Shahi, civil activist, Mr. Mike Ghous, local businessman Mr. Marghoob Hasni , renowned poet, Ms. Zohra Chisti, and Mr. Iqbal Hasan of Minajul Quran. Renowned poet Mouj Lakhnavi Sahab also attended the event. Other known poets of Dallas area Mr. Ijaz Younus, Mr. Saeed Qureshi, Mr. Shah Alum Siddique and Mr. Asghar Hussain were also present. Prominent naat reciters Amana Khan, Adnan Jafri, Ammera Qasmi and Nawed Khan along with many others recited nasheeds in honor of our beloved Prophet (PBUH).

Mr. Naqvi gave greetings on the auspicious occasion of Eid Milad-un-Nabi to everyone and prayed that may the spirit of peace, harmony and compassion be strengthened in our society without any discrimination of race, religion or color.

Other speakers of the community counseled restraint. They encouraged following the Prophet's (PBUH) teachings of universal love and compassion to guide us in living with fellowship, harmony and unity as human being.

The audience honored the whole program that was hosted by Aal-e-Ali Rizvi very attentively. Dinner was served in the end. On behalf of Pakistan Club and MQM Dallas chapter the host extended special thanks to all the speakers, senior citizens, women and the guests of the program for their participation.
