Nawaz Sharif And His Party Represent Anti-Democratic Elements In The Country: Muttahida Quami Movement USA

The Central Organizer and  members of the Central Organizing Committee of Muttahida Quami Movement, USA have expressed their stern rebuttal on the statements made by Nawaz Sharif and the other leaders of PML (N) against MQM and its workers and have declared their statements corresponding to anti-people and anti-state activities. They said that the denial of the public mandate given to MQM, on the part of Nawaz Sharif and his party is not only a denial of the results of one of the most genuine, authentic, and unadulterated elections in Pakistan, it is also reflective of a conspiratorial attitude of Nawaz Sharif and his party at a juncture when the country is all set to take a flight towards democratic avenues. They asserted that Nawaz Sharif and his party leaders have gone berserk after they saw talks between PPP and MQM and as usual they want to create hurdles in the democratic processes and in any process which could be beneficial to the country. The office bearers of MQM USA asked Nawaz Sharif and his party leaders if they thought that votes for Nawaz League are Pakistani votes and the votes for MQM are non-Pakistani votes. The leaders of MQM USA were vehemently critical of the statements of Nawaz Sharif and his party against MQM in which they have alleged MQM to be the remnants of Zia regime.  They said that MQM was, though, found in Zia regime, is not a residual of Zia regime. They said there is a huge difference between “growing during the era of oppression” and “growing with the oppression”, and the organizations like MQM always “grow in the era of oppression”. They said, in actuality, this is Nawaz Sharif and his mafia which is the residual of Zia regime. The dismissal of democratic government of Mohammad Khan Junejo during Zia rule while Nawaz Sharif remained intact in the chief minister-ship of Punjab, deserting original Muslim League and establishing Nawaz League on the instruction of establishment to strengthen Zia regime, is a proof that this is Nawaz Sharif who is from the remaining of Zia regime. The members of MQM USA asked Nawaz Sharif and his party, is it not so that the opening batsman of Zia regime Raja Zafar ul Haque is their prominent leader too? Is it not so that the son of Khwaja Safdar, the most beloved person of Zia, Khawaja Asif is a stalwart of their party? Is it not so that son of Khaqan Abbasi, the right hand of Zia, Shahid Khaqan Abbasi is Nawaz’s right hand too?. They said that these circumstantial evidences are more than enough that this is Nawaz Sharif and his party which is the remnants of Zia regime. They warned Sharif and his leaders that they should refrain from anti-democratic activities, blame games, and imposing baseless allegations on MQM and its workers, otherwise all the democratic forces in the country will unite together against them and once again they will have to make a deal to flee from the country.
