MQM USA Declares July 31st and August 1st the Days of Prayers
Prayers will be Offered for the Victims of the Air Crash, Flood and Rains, and for Those Innocents Who Lost Lives in the Hands of Drugs and Land Mafia in Karachi

Communication & Media Cell, MQM USA; Los Angeles; July 28, 2010: MQM USA has declared July 31st and August 1st as Yaum-e-Dua (The Day of Prayers) to offer prayers for the victims of the crash of the ill-fated Air Blue flight near Islamabad, Pakistan that cost 152 lives, victims of recent devastating floods and rains especially in Khyber Pakhtoonkhwah province that has cost more than 250 lives, and for those innocent people who lost their lives in the hands of the drugs and land mafia in Karachi in the last few months. The announcement was made today by the Central Organizer Kamal Zafar on behalf of the members of the Central Organizing Committee MQM USA. According to the details of the announcement, the Chapters and Wings of MQM USA will hold meetings to offer prayers on collective basis and the workers and supporters of MQM USA will offer prayers on individual basis on these two days for the said victims. The prayers will also be offered for the complete and early recovery of the daughter of Governor Sindh Ishrat-ul-Ibad Khan and the mother of Arshad Hussain, member of the Central Organizing Committee MQM USA. The prayers will also be offered for the highest abodes in the paradise for the souls of the following: 1. Leader of MQM Mr. Altaf Hussainís cousin, victim of the air crash; 2. mother of MNA and former member of Central Organizing Committee MQM USA Farhat Khan; 3. mother of Incharge MQM St. Louis Shahbaz Khan; 4. father of Incharge MQM Austin Farooque Balaparya; and cousin of Mohammad Asif, Incharge MQM Los Angeles, a victim of air crash.
