Election 2008 Monitoring Cell In Chicago

Muttahida Quami Movement USA, Chicago Unit has announced the establishment of its Elections Monitoring Cell for the upcoming elections in Pakistan in 2008. The announcement of Election Monitoring Cell was made after the meeting of the Unit Incharge Wakeel Jamali Bhai and Junaid Fahmi Bhai with the workers of Chicago Unit in which suggestions were made by the workers and views and information was exchanged.

Rehan Khan Bhai has been assigned as the Incharge Election Monitoring Cell and Zeeshan Akram Bhai has been appointed as Media Coordinator.
The Elections Monitoring Cell will monitor the election through Global Media Assistance which in turn will use SMS, emails, and cell phones as tools to monitor the Election Day activities and subsequent results of the elections.

More than 10 observers will be reporting from Pakistan on hourly basis throughout the day on the Election Day. This reporting will include the voters turn-out, election activities, and the results data. These reports transmitted from Pakistan will automatically be entered into Chicago Elections Monitoring Cellís reporting database and will immediately be included in analysis report.
