MQM USA Kicks Off Baldiati Election Campaign from Saint Louis
A Remarkable Patang Mela Celebrated by Hundreds in a Day Long Fun (7-11-05)

MQM USA has launched its support campaign for the Haq Parast candidates of the local body's elections in Pakistan by organizing a mammoth patang mela at the Queeny Park in Saint Louis, Missouri. The event was especially attended by MQM USA's central organizer Ibad U. Rehman, MQM Saint Louis's unit incharge Moeed Siddiqui and the unit committee members. The event was organized under the banner of Muttahida Sports & Recreation Wing.
This day long Patang Mela included activities like pony riding, mini golf, base ball, cricket, tractor fun ride, musical chair, giant slides and Bar Be Que. Local organizers had arranged over two thousand kites from Pakistan especially for this event.  MQM USA's central organizer and the central organizing committee congratulated Saint Louis unit including its incharge Moeed Siddiqui, joint incharge Shahbaz Ali Khan and committee member Tauqeer Haider for their glorious performance in arranging such a mammoth gathering.  Later in the day, on a teleconference call, MQM USA's central organizer officially launched baldiati election campaign in various units of the MQM USA.
